Patience is conducting Belle's annual appraisal and it quickly becomes apparent that whilst Belle loves trashing the other Slymsford's girls, she hates being trashed. Patience sees an opportunity and says that she will helelle with that... Patience says she is convinced Belle would love it if she received a trashing from Patience. Belle demurs but Patience says it's necessary for Belle to receive this training in order to pass the appraisal... and the fun begins. Patience begins by getting Belle green slimed under the trigger, ruining her lovely hair do, and then quickly receiving a pie in the face to destroy her make up. Patience follows up by getting a paintbrush and a tin of white paint, and literally paining Belle's lovely dress, utterly trashing it. She then covers the dress in lemon yoghurt. Now that it's totally trashed, Belle removes it and receives more pies, trifle, squirty cream (including some great knicker filling), and more slime... before Belle's knickers come off and she has her naked body painted white by Patience, receives more pie and then is made to cake sit into a gateaux. Some lovely treacle is next before Belle applies a tub of freezing cold ice cream over Belle's head for the coup de grace. Belle still hated getting wammed... but Patience certainly enjoyed trying to 'train' her
